1. Our Privacy Commitment

IMBRD is built with a "Privacy-First" architecture. We believe you should be able to enjoy your time without being tracked, creating accounts, or sharing your personal identity.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Unlike many other apps, IMBRD does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal Identity: Your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
• Accounts: We do not require a login or any form of registration.
• Contact Lists: We never access your contacts or social media profiles.
• Precise Location: We do not use GPS to track your movements.
• Microphone or Photos: We do not record audio or access your private photos.

3. Information Collected by Third Parties

To provide the app for free and comply with regional privacy laws, we use the following third-party services:

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)

IMBRD displays advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use anonymous identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to deliver ads. This data is handled according to Google's Privacy Policy.

B. User Messaging Platform (UMP)

We use Google’s UMP SDK to manage user consent for privacy and advertising (e.g., GDPR in Europe). This system stores your consent choices locally on your device and communicates them to AdMob.

4. Local Data Storage

All your game progress and preferences are stored strictly on your own device using Android's local storage (Room database and DataStore). This includes:

• Your favorited tasks.
• Your recent task history.
• Your game settings (sound, haptics, language).
• Your current active or paused game state.

Because this data is local, it will be deleted if you uninstall the app. We have no way to recover your history or favorites if they are lost.

5. Permissions

• Camera: Used only when you choose to "Join a Game" by scanning a friend's Host QR code. No images are saved or transmitted.
• Vibrate: Used to provide haptic feedback for buttons and timers.
• Internet: Used only by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to download advertisements and consent forms.

6. Children's Privacy

IMBRD is suitable for a wide range of ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Our advertising is configured to be age-appropriate, and we respect "Families" policy requirements on the Google Play Store.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
