- With other users: Your profile name and photo are visible to other members of albums you join. Your uploaded photos are visible to any member authorized to view the specific album.

- Google Play Store: Processes all financial transactions.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

- Data Access & Correction: You can update your profile information and captions directly within the app.

- Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription via your Google Play account settings.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data is stored securely using Supabase's encrypted infrastructure. However, no electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
