By using the Ensemble Photobook mobile application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. User Content
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to the App.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload any illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
- License: By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your authorized album members.
3. Premium Subscriptions
- Plans: We offer Premium Monthly (€4.99) and Premium Annual (€49.99) plans.
- Payment: All payments are processed through the Google Play Store.
- Storage Limits: Free users receive 1GB of storage. Premium users receive 100GB. If your subscription expires, your account will revert to the 1GB limit, and new uploads will be blocked until usage is reduced or the subscription is renewed.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any subscription payments once processed.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
- Use the App to distribute malware or spam.
- Impersonate other users or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
