You can request permanent deletion of your Ensemble Photobook account and associated personal data.
Delete from the app
If the Delete Account option is available in your version of Ensemble Photobook, open the app and go to your account or profile settings, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion without the app
You can also request account deletion by emailing info@silentandpowerful.com from the email address associated with your Ensemble Photobook account. Please use the subject Ensemble Photobook account deletion request.
What will be deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete your Ensemble Photobook account and associated personal data, including your profile information and account data. User content associated with your account, such as uploaded photos, captions, tags, and album data, will be deleted where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained only where necessary to comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Any retained information will be kept only for the period required for those purposes.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your Ensemble Photobook account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it separately in your Google Play account settings.
